"LOL! An absolute must read for Christmas...and any other day of the year.
Oh my goodness. I had no idea what to expect when I agreed to review this book but I can honestly say it was one of the sweetest, most heartfelt, and literally laughing-myself-silly books I have read in quite some time. Tonwand North has turned a storyline that looks like a traditional directionless-young-man-rescued-by-handsome-stranger romance into a story with so many twists and turns and surprises that you literally have no idea what is going to happen next. At the same time, the main protagonists show a tremendous growth in character during the course of a well-paced storyline. Ms. North then wraps the story with absurdly slap-stick comedic events and dialog. I actually had to stop reading several times in order to catch my breath from laughing so hard. My poor dog left the room because I kept scaring her when I would suddenly shriek with a laugh. Yes. I actually shrieked. The main character, Liam, who also narrates the story, starts out with a goal of finding a wealthy woman who will marry him. He wants her to take care of him so that he can lounge in a pool drinking cocktails and look fabulous. By the end of the novel, Liam has a completely different outlook on life. I read a lot of books and am rarely such a fanboy, but after re-reading this book another time or two I am going to find and read everything I can by this absolutely spot on brilliant writer."

I absolutely adore this book. It’s rare to find a story that is heartwarming, hilariously funny and makes you smile. This book is a superb example of good storytelling. It encompasses everything a good book should have. The characters are spectacular and reading it is a treat. I couldn’t put it down and then was sad that there wasn’t more. Absolutely five star quality."

"The most hilarious book I have read in along time.
This is a new to me author and let me tell you, I will keep an eye out for mote books from this author This was hands down the book that made me laugh and smile the most while reading. I love the pacing of the story, it felt I was inside Liam's brain, a jumpy rambling place that never shuts. The book is written from his POV. I love the development of his character throughout without loosing his sass and confidence before he finds his hfn/hea. Liam has always been flighty, never holds a job down only does one offs with the girls he has quickies with and just wants to be a throphy husband. On a night out with his gay cousin Frasier he is interested in a 'blond Viking Matt the vet', he ends up with him. But Liam is even more interested in Ren, de dark haired devil who was with Matt. They meet again and it is lust galore, until they have misunderstandings due to poor communication on both sides. So Liam has to find a way to get his man Ren back and when he makes plans with Fraser, be very wary because they attract chaos I enjoyed the dynamic between Liam, his sister Elizabeth and his cousin Fraser. It had me in stiches. Of course Liam and Ren have their hfn/hea as do Elizabeth and Fraser. I recommend this book anytime of year when you need a pick me up."
